Learning And Development Executive - Morning

Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to champion our growth and engagement initiatives. This role is a blend of coordination and hands-on execution, focusing on the end-to-end training lifecycle, vendor management, and creating a vibrant company culture through employee events and monthly communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and support training and onboarding programs
  • Carrying out Training need assessments across the organization
  • Manage all training data, records, and reporting using MS Excel to track ROI and participation.
  • Assist in organizing internal flagship events, workshops, and learning activities
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure every new hire has a smooth first-day experience.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and sales campaigns
  • Ensure effective public dealing and professional communication at all levels


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably HR Majors)
  • 1 year of experience in L&OD domain is required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in event management and coordination,
  • Intermediate level MS Excel skills are a must (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization for reporting).
  • Confident, outgoing, and capable of professional "public dealing" at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Shift timings: 11 am to 8 pm/ 12 pm to 9 pm.
