Job Description:

Quality Control Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customers' Multiple Accounts in DB.
  • Investigation of Dual CM Accounts for Resolution.
  • Sales Compliance Investigations & Findings.
  • Management of Activity Monitoring Tools and Timely Updates.
  • Scrutinizing overall Sales related business processes.
  • Highlight deficiencies and ensure company procedures and policies are followed.
  • Timely Management of Departmental Operational Queries.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree must



Job Specifications:

  • Seeking an individual with a prior experience in Quality Control (QC), operations, or management, who possesses strong customer handling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are required. Prospect must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The applicant must have strong coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The applicant must possess excellent time management skills.
