Job Description:
Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Identify Customers' Multiple Accounts in DB.
- Investigation of Dual CM Accounts for Resolution.
- Sales Compliance Investigations & Findings.
- Management of Activity Monitoring Tools and Timely Updates.
- Scrutinizing overall Sales related business processes.
- Highlight deficiencies and ensure company procedures and policies are followed.
- Timely Management of Departmental Operational Queries.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree must
Job Specifications:
- Seeking an individual with a prior experience in Quality Control (QC), operations, or management, who possesses strong customer handling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are required. Prospect must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The applicant must have strong coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The applicant must possess excellent time management skills.
