Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other sources
- Initial screening of the candidates through telephonic interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Pitching the offers to successful candidates based on budget, experience, & skills.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Coordination with different departments for employer branding, smooth recruitment process, system updation and changes in careers page.
- Maintaining and updating new employee records in recruitment database.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent/ other qualifications in HR
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
Job Specifications:
- Have proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter, BPO, or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Good Data Handling Skills
