Learning And Development Intern - Morning

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions and onboarding programs
  • Maintain and update training records, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
  • Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for training logistics
  • Contribute to monthly communications, learning campaigns, and culture-building initiatives
  • Ensure professional communication and effective coordination across all levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in HR or Business Administration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills (formulas, data handling, reporting)
  • Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident, presentable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
