We are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Executive - Sales to manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, focusing on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and other sources
Initial screening of the candidates through telephonic interviews
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Pitching the offers to successful candidates based on budget, experience, & skills.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Coordination with different departments for employer branding, smooth recruitment process, system updation and changes in careers page.
Maintaining and updating new employee records in recruitment database.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
1–2 years of recruitment experience (sales recruitment preferred)
Have proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter for sales role)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge of Excel
